Refund and Returns Policy

At Halamumz, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help with easy returns and clear refund policies, in line with Saudi e-commerce regulations.

  1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • The product is not excluded from return (see section 3)

Include the following in your message:

  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if the product is damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or provide drop-off instructions.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
  • Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., baby bottles, grooming tools, undergarments)
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Clearance/sale items unless faulty
  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives:

    • Damaged
    • Incomplete
    • Incorrect

    Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue by offering a replacement, store credit, or full refund—depending on the situation.

    1. Refunds
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
    • If you paid via Cash on Delivery, we will refund via bank transfer or store credit.
    1. Exchange Policy

    We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

    1. Shipping Costs
    • If the return is due to our error (damaged, wrong item), we will cover all shipping costs.
    • If the return is for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), return shipping will be at your expense.
